Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (except seasonally busy times) to the shipping address supplied with your order.
All our prices include UK delivery as standard which is normally made by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Whilst this is a reliable service delivery is not guaranteed for a certain time and whilst delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days please allow up to 15 working days.
If you require your order for a specific date or special occasion we recommend you select our UK Courier Next-Day Delivery Service for which we charge £5.99 and deliveries are guaranteed to be made by 6pm the next working day after dispatch. We aim to ship all Next-Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm the same day but please check with us before you order if the order time is after 1pm.
If you require delivery on a Saturday we offer UK Courier Saturday Delivery which is only available for orders placed before 2pm Friday for which we charge £8.50.
UK Courier Nexy-Day Delivery Service and UK Courier Saturday Delivery services require a signature on delivery. Please arrange to have your order shipped to a delivery address where this is possible.
Our UK Courier Nexy-Day Delivery Service and UK Courier Saturday Delivery are express service contracts that we charge a surcharge for and is less than the actual cost of shipping your goods. By selecting UK Courier Nexy-Day Delivery Service and UK Courier Saturday Delivery at the time of ordering you agree to be bound by our express service charges should you need to return your item for any reason. UK Courier Nexy-Day Delivery Service and UK Courier Saturday Delivery cannot be refunded once your goods have been dispatched.
International deliveries (Including Europe) are made by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-for (Tracked) service for which we make the following charge
Worldwide Deliveries (Inc. Europe) - £9.99
Please note Royal Mail International Signed-for is a tracked service for which you will be emailed your tracking number on dispatch. Please allow around 5-7 working days for Worldwide deliveries.

Returns & Replacements
Returns/Guarantees Policy & No Quibbles Guarantee:
Our returns policy is simple! Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within the timescales shown below for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
How do I return an item?
Simply email info@partiesunwrapped.com and one of our team will log your order for return which will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Once you have contacted us please return your goods to the address below enclosing a copy of your receipt:

For faulty or defective items:
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, The item(s) must be notfied of return within 7 days of receipt.
Change of heart:
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition
(Including product packaging, tags attached, etc), otherwise this may delay us refunding you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping or any express delivery surcharge. The item(s) must be notified of return within 7 days of purchase. When first trying out your fancy dress costume or footwear please remember to keep it clean in case you need to return it.
Remember if it is re-saleable there will be no problems.
Items lost in transit back to us:
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery unless the item is faulty and you are advised by us to return the item to us as cheaply as possible at our risk.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges:
Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Parties Unwrapped Ltd within 7 days or the result of a Change of Heart a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Parties Unwrapped Ltd.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note, in all instances Parties Unwrapped Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
Please note this warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
